Cheryl Caracuzzo
Cheryl Caracuzzo is a retired Florida Circuit Court Judge and former trial prosecutor for the State of Florida. With more than a decade of experience on the bench and more than two decades of trial experience as a litigator, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the legal system, courtroom dynamics, and the practical challenges parties face throughout litigation. During her judicial tenure, she presided over a broad range of cases involving general negligence, automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction litigation, criminal and family law.
Drawing on her extensive legal and judicial background, Cheryl brings a thoughtful, impartial and practical perspective to her work as a mediator, arbitrator and special magistrate. Her goal is to provide a fair, efficient and respectful process for resolving disputes while minimizing the time, expense and uncertainty associated with continued litigation.
